Are you thinking about how to get your important conference materials to B.C.?
The event is hosted at the Riverlodge Recreation Centre in Kitimat. To make sure your conference materials arrive, please do no use Canada Post but rather choose a shipping company such as Bandstra to ensure it goes right to the conference location. You can use Bandstra's shipping quote form to learn more about their service: https://www.bandstra.com/tools/quote-request. (Using Canada Post for this would mean your parcel diverts to Kitimat's municipal hall which would not be very useful for the event!)
Label any shipments as for MN Tradeshow, and arrange for delivery May 7 or May 8.
