Cassandra Puckett is a proud member of the Tahltan Nation, Tsesk'iye clan, and Dekama family, with over a decade of leadership advancing community-driven priorities in health, education, and workforce development. Her work is guided by an Indigenous worldview rooted in humility, inclusivity, and long-term collaboration.
Cassandra has held senior roles with the Tahltan Central Government and the First Nations Health Authority, leading strategies grounded in cultural safety and reconciliation, aligned with UNDRIP, DRIPA, and the TRC Calls to Action. She is deeply committed to fostering respectful partnerships among Indigenous communities, government, and industry.
All of this experience comes together in her current role as Social Performance Manager for Skeena Gold and Silver, where she brings diverse skills, relationships, and community insight create meaningful impact.
